Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Executive with hands-on experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance, and advanced Excel operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, salary processing, and employee data management.

Key Responsibilities

- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Handle statutory compliance including:
- PF (Provident Fund)
- ESIC (Employee State Insurance)
- PT (Professional Tax)
- TDS related payroll coordination
- Prepare salary statements, attendance, leave, and reimbursement reports.
- Maintain employee payroll records and salary documentation.
- Coordinate with HR and Accounts teams for payroll inputs and finalization.
- Generate MIS reports and payroll reports using Excel.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company payroll policies.

Required Skills





- Robust knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with PF, ESIC, PT calculations and filings.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel:
- VLOOKUP
- HLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- IF formulas
- Data validation
- MIS reporting
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Management, or related field.
- Additional certification in Payroll/HR will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Experience with payroll software is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
