About the Role

We're looking for a creative and audience-focused Content Writer to develop engaging

scripts and content for long-form and short-form videos, podcasts, and social media. You'll

work closely with creators, editors, and the marketing team to turn ideas into compelling

stories that educate, entertain, and drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

● Research trending topics and generate content ideas aligned with the brand's niche.

● Write scripts for YouTube videos (10–30 minutes) and podcast episodes.

● Create engaging short-form scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and

LinkedIn videos.

● Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets, captions, hooks, and

promotional copy.

● Develop compelling titles, thumbnail text, descriptions, and CTAs to maximize reach

and engagement.

● Collaborate with video editors and content strategists to ensure scripts translate

effectively into visual content.

● Optimize content using SEO best practices for YouTube and podcast platforms.

● Stay updated on platform trends,



audience behavior, and content formats.

● Maintain consistency in the brand's tone, messaging, and storytelling style.

Requirements

● 2–5 years of experience in content writing, scriptwriting, or digital media.

● Robust portfolio showcasing YouTube scripts, podcast scripts, or video content.

● Excellent storytelling, research, and editing skills.

● Understanding of YouTube SEO, audience retention, and viral content strategies.

● Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging, easy-to-understand content.

● Experience using AI writing tools is a plus.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

● Scriptwriting for YouTube, podcasts, and social media.
