- Quality Assurance & Inspection:
- Lead inspection processes for raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished metal products (structural steel, alloys, coils, plates).
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ASTM, ASME, EN, IS).
- Conduct Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) review, destructive testing, and metallographic evaluations.
- Market & Supply Chain Intelligence:
- Evaluate global steel and metal market trends to identify fluctuations in raw material quality based on sourcing regions.
- Audit, qualify, and manage local and international steel mills, foundries, and vendors.
- Advise procurement teams on technical specifications, mill test certificates (MTC),



and material substitutions based on market availability.
- Compliance & Defect Analysis:
- Review Material Test Reports (MTRs) and ensure 100% traceability of all metal components.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for material failures, surface defects, or dimensional deviations, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies (TPIAs) such as TUV, SGS, or Bureau Veritas.
