1. Applicant must have 1-3 years experience in Site Engineer

2. Education: – Diploma in Civil engineer/ BE Civil

3. Having Positive Communication, presentation skills, organizing skills, networking skills, leadership quality, team motivational skill , strong logical & analytical skill and good business sense.

4. Should be reliable, team leader, self-motivated and well disciplined.

5. Should be able to work under pressure.

Job Descriptions:-

- Drafting construction drawings, detailed drawings of floors and elevations.
- Planning and Execution of works as per design & drawing.
- Supervision of the working labour to ensure strict conformance to methods, quality and safety.
- Checking the quality of RCC works such as foundations, columns, beams, walls and slabs etc.
- Maintaining quality standards for all structural works.
- Checking the defects like bleeding, segregation, air cracks etc.
