Minimum Experience: 2–3 years

The Virtuous Group is looking for a young, energetic and learning-oriented Quality & Lean implementation Engineer to support an approved SME cluster under the Lean India initiative by the Ministry of MSME.

This role is ideal for someone who has basic practical exposure to quality systems, lean manufacturing, shop-floor improvements, 5S, Kaizen, process discipline and documentation — but more importantly, has the hunger to learn and grow.

The selected candidate will get the chance to work closely under Mr. Vikram Singh, a seasoned quality professional with rich experience across quality systems, supplier development, process improvement and manufacturing excellence. For someone who is serious about building a robust career in quality and lean management, this is a valuable learning opportunity.

We are not looking for a very senior consultant profile.

We are looking for someone who is:

A student by heart




Comfortable visiting SME factories
Confident in speaking with owners, supervisors and shop-floor teams
Practical in approach, not only theoretical
Good with follow-ups, reports and basic documentation
Calm and mature enough to handle real factory situations
Open to being trained and mentored

Basic knowledge of the following will be helpful:

- Quality systems
- Lean manufacturing
- 5S and Kaizen
- 7 QC Tools
- ISO 9001 awareness
- Process observation and improvement
- MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Qualification preferred:
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Manufacturing or related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi (Delhi): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
