About NoCodeBI

NoCodeBI lets people build web apps, dashboards, workflows, and browser tests on their own data, visually and together in real time, with an AI copilot alongside them. On the frontend, you're building the product itself: the collaborative editors, the drag-and-drop builders, and the data console people use all day. This is where most of the product experience lives.

What you'll work on

- The visual builders: a drag-and-drop canvas for building UIs, plus node-graph editors for workflows and org charts.
- Real-time collaboration, so several people can work in the same document at once. It runs on CRDTs (Yjs), with presence and live updates over WebSockets.
- The data console: schema browsers, table editors, and SQL query workspaces.
- The editing surfaces: code and content editors built on CodeMirror and Monaco, plus a markdown authoring flow.
- Our design system, a component library on shadcn/Radix and Tailwind v4 with light and dark theming, which you'll help grow and keep consistent.
- The AI copilot UI, a streaming chat panel wired into the rest of the app.

Our frontend stack

- Next.js (App Router, Server Components, Server Actions), React, and TypeScript
- Tailwind CSS v4 and shadcn/ui (Radix)
- Yjs for CRDT collaboration, WebSockets for realtime
- dnd-kit, CodeMirror and Monaco, and Recharts
- Zustand, React Hook Form, and Zod
- pnpm and ESLint





What we're looking for

- Around 3+ years building production React apps, or 5+ for a senior role, with real Next.js and App Router experience.
- Strong TypeScript, and a good sense for how to structure components, manage state, and keep things fast.
- You care about UX and accessibility. That means semantic tokens instead of hardcoded colors, keyboard support, and proper empty, loading, and error states.
- You're fluent with Tailwind and a component system like shadcn or Radix.
- You can take a design, or even a rough idea, and ship something polished, responsive, and themeable.

Nice to have

- Complex, interactive UIs: drag-and-drop, canvas or node-graph editors, anything with a lot of client-side state.
- Real-time or collaborative apps (Yjs, Liveblocks, Automerge, or something you built yourself).
- Code or rich-text editors (CodeMirror, Monaco, ProseMirror, Lexical).
- Data visualization and dashboard work.
- Some range on the backend. If you're comfortable in our Node and Go services too, that's a real plus, and cross-stack people tend to grow fastest here.

We're hiring at both mid and senior levels, and we'll match the scope to your experience.
