Accounts Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Alpha Tools is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, good accounting knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment entries.
- Handle bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
- Assist with GST-related entries and documentation.
- Prepare financial reports and MIS as required.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for accounting and payment-related activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting.




- Proficiency in Tally (Prime/ERP).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
