Job Summary

Nature Tree India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic, result-oriented, and self-motivated Sales Executives for the Vidisha region. The candidate will be responsible for expanding the dealer network, generating sales, maintaining relationships with existing dealers, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new Hardware Stores and Paint Dealers in the assigned territory.
- Identify potential distributors, retailers, and business opportunities.
- Generate new dealer appointments and increase market coverage.
- Visit existing dealers regularly and maintain strong business relationships.
- Promote the company's paint products and explain product features and perks.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Conduct regular market surveys and competitor analysis.
- Ensure timely collection of payments (where applicable).
- Resolve dealer queries and provide after-sales support.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for smooth order execution.
- Increase product visibility in the assigned market.
- Plan and execute daily field visits effectively.

Daily Reporting Responsibilities

- Submit Daily Sales Report (DSR).
- Report daily market visits and customer interactions.
- Maintain records of dealer visits and follow-ups.
- Update new dealer prospects and conversion status.
- Report daily order bookings.
- Share competitor pricing and market feedback.




- Submit weekly and monthly sales progress reports.
- Maintain CRM or reporting records as instructed by the company.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong dealer development and relationship-building ability.
- Confidence in field sales and customer interaction.
- Ability to generate recent business independently.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Strong convincing and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving and customer handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and smartphone reporting.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Eligibility

- Graduation preferred (12th Pass with relevant sales experience may also apply).
- 1–5 years of experience in Paint, Hardware, Building Material, FMCG, Cement, Adhesives, or related field sales.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to work in field sales may also apply.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
