We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused AI Video Content Producer who can independently manage the end-to-end production of episodic digital video content.

The ideal candidate should be capable of converting concepts into engaging 1–2 minute episode-based scripts that collectively form 20–30 minute long-form content. The role involves AI-assisted scripting, client coordination, freelance talent management, studio shoot supervision, AI-generated visual integration, rough-cut editing, subtitle creation, and final delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both storytelling and modern AI-powered content production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Script Development

- Write engaging scripts for short episodic video content
- Use AI tools for script generation while ensuring strong human refinement and originality
- Adapt scripts based on client feedback and revisions
- Ensure scripts are conversational, engaging, and platform-friendly

Client Coordination

- Present scripts and concepts to clients
- Handle revisions and approvals professionally
- Maintain clear communication throughout the production cycle

Talent & Production Management

- Source and coordinate freelance VJs / presenters
- Conduct sample shoot tests and share with clients
- Coordinate shortlisted VJs for studio shoots
- Direct presenters during filming sessions
- Coordinate with studio camera crew and production teams

AI-Based Video Production

- Work on AI-generated video formats where presenters/VJs may be fully AI-generated




- Create AI visual inserts instead of traditional stock B-roll
- Use AI tools for voice, avatar, visual enhancement, and production workflows

Post Production

- Perform rough-cut editing from RAW footage
- Add AI-generated inserts, transitions, and enhancements
- Create subtitles/captions aligned with scripts
- Refine edits for pacing, engagement, and delivery quality
- Deliver finalized content to clients

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years experience in digital content/video production
- Experience in YouTube, Instagram, or educational content preferred
- Comfortable working in rapid-paced startup environments
- Strong understanding of AI-assisted media workflows
- Ability to independently manage projects from scripting to final delivery

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹640,000.00 per year
