We are looking for a hands-on SAP Process Mining Data Analyst to lead the technical backbone of our process mining engagements. This role sits at the intersection of SAP functional knowledge, data engineering (ETL), and process mining tooling. You will be responsible for turning raw SAP transactional data into clean, analysis-ready event logs and process models that drive measurable process improvement for our clients.

This is a foundational hire for our process improvement practice, working directly with clients undergoing S/4HANA transformations, process readiness assessments, and operational excellence initiatives.

What You'll Do

- Data Extraction & ETL: Design and build extraction pipelines from SAP ECC/S/4HANA tables (e.g., CDPOS/CDHDR, VBAK/VBAP, EKKO/EKPO, BKPF/BSEG) into structured event logs suitable for process mining.
- Event Log Construction: Define case IDs, activity names, and timestamps; align raw transactional data to standard event log formats (XES, OCEL 2.0) including object-centric event logs where multiple case objects (order, delivery, invoice) interact.
- Process Model Segmentation: Work within SAP Signavio (or equivalent BPM repository) to segment and maintain L3/L4 process models, ensuring clean case object boundaries and consistent activity naming conventions that map cleanly to system-generated events.
- Process Mining Execution: Configure and run process mining analyses using SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, Celonis EMS, or similar platforms — including conformance checking, variant analysis, and object-centric discovery (OC-PN) where applicable.
- Insight Delivery: Translate mined process data into client-facing findings — bottlenecks, rework loops, compliance deviations,



automation candidates — and present recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with SAP functional consultants (FI/CO, SD, MM) and client process owners to validate that mined processes reflect actual business logic.
- Documentation: Maintain repeatable extraction logic, data dictionaries, and mapping documentation for repository scalability across engagements.

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years working with SAP ECC or S/4HANA data structures (module-agnostic understanding of transactional tables is essential; deep FI/CO, SD, or MM knowledge a plus).
- Demonstrated ETL experience — SQL proficiency required; experience with Python (pandas), SAP BW/BW4HANA extraction, or similar data pipeline tools.
- Practical understanding of event log fundamentals: case notion, activity mapping, timestamp normalization.
- Experience with at least one process mining platform (Signavio, Celonis, ARIS, or similar).
- Ability to work independently in a distributed (US/India) delivery model with minimal oversight.
- Strong client-facing communication skills — able to explain technical data issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred (Not Required)

- Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence (process/data connectors, process mining dashboards).
- Familiarity with object-centric process mining (OCPM) concepts — OCEL 2.0 standard, object-centric Petri nets (OC-PN).
- Exposure to Celonis EMS or ARIS Process Mining.
- Background in BPM lifecycle methodology (as-is/to-be modeling, process governance).
- Prior consulting experience, ideally in SAP transformation or shared services/GCC environments.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,500.00 per year
