Position: Sales Executive

Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales of residential and commercial properties by handling customer enquiries, conducting site visits, maintaining follow-ups, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Conduct site visits and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans.
- Convert leads into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with the Accounts, CRM, and Legal teams for documentation and payment follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Working Hours
10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
