Job Description

Refos Energy Pvt. Ltd., a leading solar products and renewable energy company, is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in product-based marketing, preferably in the solar, electrical, manufacturing, or renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the company's website, ensuring it is updated, optimized, and user-friendly.
- Create and manage content for social media, blogs, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to support marketing initiatives and product promotions.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure maximum ROI.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities,



and emerging digital marketing practices.
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team and coordinate with external agencies when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a product-based company.
- Experience in the solar, electrical, manufacturing, engineering, or renewable energy industry is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Strong knowledge of content marketing, social media management, and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience marketing solar panels, inverters, batteries, EV products, or other industrial/electrical products.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Basic understanding of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet business objectives.
