## Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Export Executive/Manager to manage international sales operations, export documentation, customer coordination, and logistics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in export procedures, international trade regulations, shipment coordination, and maintaining strong relationships with overseas customers and distributors.

## Key Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new international markets and business opportunities.

* Manage export inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order processing.

* Coordinate with overseas customers, distributors, and agents to ensure smooth order execution.

* Prepare and verify export documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, LC documentation, and other statutory documents.

* Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and logistics partners for timely shipments.

* Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade policies.

* Monitor shipment schedules and resolve any export-related issues.

* Follow up on payments, Letters of Credit (LC), and export receivables.

* Maintain export MIS, sales reports, customer database, and shipment records.

* Collaborate with production, planning, logistics, finance, and quality teams for timely order fulfillment.

* Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings whenever required.

* Maintain excellent relationships with existing international clients while developing new business opportunities.

## Required Skills





* Strong knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures.

* Good understanding of Incoterms, Letters of Credit (LC), and international payment methods.

* Experience in coordinating with freight forwarders, customs, and logistics partners.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems.

* Ability to manage multiple international orders and meet deadlines.

## Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

* MBA or PGDM in International Business is preferred for the Manager role.

## Experience

### Export Executive (3–4 Years)

* 3–4 years of experience in export sales, documentation, or international business.

* Experience in handling export documentation and customer coordination.

* Ability to independently manage export orders and shipment tracking.

### Export Manager (5–10 Years)

* 5–10 years of experience in export sales and international business.

* Proven experience in leading export operations and managing international customers.

* Strong knowledge of export compliance, documentation, logistics, and global trade regulations.

* Experience in developing current export markets and achieving international sales targets.

## Preferred Candidate Profile

* Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).

* Customer-focused with strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

* Willingness to travel internationally, if required.

* Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
