We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecalling Executive for our aesthetic clinic who will handle outbound calls, guide clients about skin, hair, slimming, and beauty treatments, and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments. The role involves explaining services and packages, addressing client queries and concerns professionally, and maintaining regular follow-ups to ensure high conversion and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, preferably with experience in a clinic, salon, or wellness industry, and be comfortable working with targets in a fast-paced setting. Basic knowledge of aesthetic treatments, fluency in English and Hindi, and familiarity with CRM tools or WhatsApp communication will be an added advantage. The position offers a fixed salary along with attractive performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.
