Key Responsibilities

1. Estimation & Costing

- Study architectural and interior drawings to calculate material and labor requirements.
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates for residential and commercial spaces.
- Obtain and compare price quotes from vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Support sales and design teams with commercial proposals and value engineering.

2. Project Coordination

- Track project timelines, schedules, and milestones from planning to final handover.
- Coordinate daily communication between clients, interior designers, and site supervisors.
- Manage material dispatch, purchase orders, and site resource allocation.
- Maintain documentation, progress reports, and measurement records.

Requirements & Qualifications





- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out, construction, or estimation.(High-potential freshers with strong foundational knowledge and quick adaptability are also welcome to apply.)
- Robust verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam

Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Excel
