- Provide desktop and laptop support to end users
- Install configure and troubleshoot windows operating systems and desktop applications
- Must have one year experience in ticket handling
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer and basic network - related issues.
- Perform basic troubleshooting in linux environments
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support team
- Maintain accurate documentation and update ticket status
- Deliver professional and customer - focused technical support.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with remote management

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
