Duties & Responsibilities-

- Monitor and analyze production cost involved - related costs including logistic, WH cost, utilities, labour, consumables, maintenance, and overheads.
- Conduct variance analysis between actual, standard, and budgeted costs and highlight key deviations.
- Track production KPIs such as yield, wastage, productivity, downtime, and utility consumption to identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost and production performance reports as required for management review.
- Ensure accurate collection, validation, and consolidation of production - related data and maintain proper documentation and reporting records.
- Develop and maintain cost control tools, dashboards, and reporting templates to improve operational visibility and decision-making.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, continuous improvement initiatives, and implementation of cost control procedures across factory operations.

Qualifications Required - Key Competencies-

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Data Analysis, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

2. 3 - 5 years of experience in cost controlling,



production analysis, or manufacturing operations reporting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

3. Robust knowledge of cost analysis, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and production processes.

4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, with strong analytical and reporting skills.

5. Good communication, cross - functional coordination, problem-solving, and time management skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Fast learner with the ability and willingness to quickly adapt to new systems, processes, and operational requirements.

Pay: From ₹550,000.00 per year
