We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Engineer (Civil) with 4–5 years of experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, ensuring quality execution, coordinating with contractors, and assisting in timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and structural works.
- Ensure work is executed according to quality standards, project specifications, and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers for smooth site operations.
- Check line, level, alignment, dimensions, and workmanship at the site.
- Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), site records, and work logs.
- Assist in quantity estimation, BOQ verification, and contractor bill measurements.
- Monitor material consumption and ensure optimum utilization with minimum wastage.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material availability.
- Identify site issues and report them to the Senior Engineer/Project Manager with practical solutions.




- Attend site meetings and submit regular progress updates.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work while maintaining quality standards.
