We are seeking a Highly Effective, Independent, and Self-Motivated Office Administrator to work for a Safety and Compliance company.

We serve Trucking industry in North American providing them Safety and Compliance management services.

The ideal candidate will possess great problem-solving skills to provide solutions and recommendations, have a good understanding of business management, business procedures, corporate structures, business licensing, and business standards, amazing interpersonal and account management skills with the ability to quickly understand complex business requirements to assist customers.

Shift timings: 7:30 pm to 4:00am (Night Shift)

Location: Mohali
Language: English (Expert), Hindi (Expert) & Punjabi (Expert)

Your Responsibilities:

- License, Register and Manage equipment for small, medium, and large transportation companies in Canada and America.
- Communicate with customers and various government agencies in Canada and America to obtain equipment permits
- Plan, organize, and direct the functions related to the servicing, maintenance and repair of all vehicles and equipment.
- Provide internal / external customer support by answering questions, resolving problems and accommodating requests related to your role
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to customers to showcase performance and efficiency
- Audit ELD accounts for compliance and generate reports.
- Process and manage all documents and vehicle files.

Required Qualifications:

- Good communication and Interpersonal skills




- 1-2 Years of Experience previously Transportation Industry (Preferred Canada or US market)
- Experience with managing a fleet of equipment an asset
- Experience with MS Office, MS Teams, Salesforce, and similar software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Punjabi
- Ability to work independently and with a team.

Education

Degree or Higher General Business, Business Administration/Management or Similar
