Job Requirement – Mid/Senior Level Architect

Position: Mid / Senior Architect

Experience: 3–5 Years (preferred)

Location: [Balewadi, Pune]

Qualification: B.Arch. (Master’s degree will be an added advantage)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Architect with 3–4 years of experience to coordinate with consultants, site teams, and internal stakeholders for timely delivery of project milestones. The candidate should have strong knowledge of architectural drawings, statutory regulations including UDCPR, and approval processes. The role requires effective consultant management, conducting regular coordination meetings, reviewing submissions, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary coordination point between architects, site teams, clients, and all external consultants including Structural, MEP, Landscape, Interior, and other specialized agencies.

* Prepare and monitor project timelines, track consultant deliverables, and ensure timely completion of drawings and submissions.

* Conduct weekly coordination meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on pending action points.

* Review consultant drawings for coordination, accuracy, and compliance with design intent and project requirements.

* Coordinate with site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure proper implementation.

* Review submission drawings and ensure compliance with Corporation regulations, UDCPR, EC, fire, and other statutory requirements.

* Maintain project documentation, drawing records, revisions, and approval trackers.

* Participate in client meetings,



provide project updates, and support overall project planning.

* Coordinate with visualization teams for review of 3D models, renders, and presentation materials.

Key Result Areas (KRA):

1. Consultant Coordination & Delivery

- Ensure all consultants deliver drawings, documents, and revisions within committed timelines.
- Maintain effective communication and timely closure of pending coordination points.

2. Project Timeline Management

- Achieve scheduled milestones for submissions, approvals, consultant deliverables, and site requirements.
- Proactively identify delays and implement corrective follow-ups.

3. Drawing Review & Quality Control

- Ensure consultant drawings are coordinated, complete, and technically sound before issue to site or authorities.
- Minimize errors, clashes, and revisions through systematic review.

4. Regulatory & Approval Compliance

- Ensure all submissions comply with Corporation regulations, UDCPR, EC requirements, fire norms, and other applicable statutory requirements.

5. Site Coordination & Issue Resolution

- Provide timely support to site teams by resolving design and coordination issues with relevant consultants.

6. Documentation & Reporting





- Maintain updated drawing trackers, consultant action lists, MOMs, approval records, and project status reports.

7. Stakeholder & Client Management

- Conduct professional coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and project progress.

Preferred Candidate Skills:

- 3–4 years of experience in architectural project coordination, statutory approvals, and execution support.
- Solid understanding of building regulations, UDCPR, and approval procedures.
- Excellent follow-up, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and consultants simultaneously.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction methodology, and detailing to effectively review consultant outputs.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to read/review drawings is essential.
- Knowledge of 3D modelling and rendering software (SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Revit, etc.) will be an added advantage.

This profile is more aligned with a Project Architect / Coordination Architect role, where ownership of consultant management, timelines, approvals, and execution support is the primary responsibility.
