Job Title: Junior Salesforce Administrator

Experience: 2- 4 Years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator who can independently design,

develop, and support Salesforce solutions. The role requires strong expertise in Flow

architecture, system integrations, and scalable solution design across enterprise

Salesforce implementations. The candidate should be comfortable handling both

configuration and technical development, along with troubleshooting production issues

and optimizing system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using SOQL, and Lightning Framework
- Design and manage data models, object relationships, and schema structures Implement reusable, bulk-protected logic and service-layer architecture
- Build and maintain Apex triggers, batch jobs, Queueable, and asynchronous processes
- Implement security model including OWD, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and FLS
- Develop and optimize complex Flows (record-triggered, scheduled, screen flows) with advanced logic
- Design modular sub-flows and replace legacy automation with Flow-based solutions
- Resolve conflicts between Flow, Apex, and existing automation tools
- Handle REST and SOAP API integrations with external systems
- Implement authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, Named Credentials, and JWT flows
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across configuration, and integrations
- Perform performance tuning of SOQL queries
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits




- Handle large data volume scenarios including migration, deduplication, and cleansing
- Manage deployments using Change Sets or other deployment methodologies
- Support version control, and release management
- Advanced Salesforce configuration including object architecture, field dependencies, page layout optimization, and validation rule design for scalable business processes
- Advanced Flow design including multi-step record-triggered flows, decision-based automation, and optimized Flow performance in high-volume environments
- Reports & dashboards design with advanced filtering, dynamic reporting logic, and executive-level analytics support
- User and security administration including role hierarchy optimization, permission set architecture, and scalable access management design
- Advanced data loading and data troubleshooting including bulk data correction, transformation logic, and large dataset handling using Data Loader and automation tools
- Production-level support for integration monitoring, issue identification, and first level troubleshooting for API-based and middleware-driven integrations

Good to Have:

- Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud exposure
- Experience working with deployment or release processes in Salesforce environments
- Understanding of enterprise integration patterns
- Knowledge of system design principles beyond Salesforce

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
