We are looking for an experienced Manager – Procurement with 12–13+ years of experience in real estate or construction procurement to lead strategic sourcing, vendor management, and cost optimization initiatives for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement of construction materials, including RFQs, bid evaluations, and bulk purchasing (steel, RMC, flooring, MEP, etc.).
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Develop, onboard, and evaluate suppliers based on quality, reliability, delivery performance, and commercial terms.
- Prepare comparative cost analyses and drive value engineering initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with project, site,



and finance teams to forecast material requirements and ensure timely availability of resources.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual obligations, and statutory requirements, maintaining accurate documentation and purchase records.

Key Requirements:

- 12–13+ years of procurement experience in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, procurement processes, and vendor management.
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation, cost optimization, and strategic sourcing.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
