Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline

Job Summary

The Maintenance Trainee will support the maintenance team in ensuring the efficient operation of production machinery and equipment. The incumbent will receive hands-on training in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance while adhering to company safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in carrying out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Attend machine breakdowns and support senior technicians in troubleshooting and repairs.
- Perform routine inspections to identify equipment abnormalities and report findings.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new machinery and equipment.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, checklists,



and equipment history.
- Ensure proper lubrication, cleaning, and servicing of machines as per maintenance schedules.
- Monitor machine performance and help reduce downtime through timely maintenance activities.
- Support inventory management of maintenance tools, consumables, and spare parts.
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and statutory regulations while performing maintenance work.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance workshop and work area.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Participate in TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
