Project Role Description : Diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. There are five aspects to Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.

Summary:
As a Performance Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for diagnosing complex issues that the in-house performance testing team has been unable to resolve. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to analyze performance metrics, conducting thorough assessments of software architecture, and implementing strategies to enhance application performance. You will also participate in capacity planning and contribute to problem detection and resolution, ensuring that the software development lifecycle is optimized for performance.



Your role will be pivotal in driving improvements and ensuring that applications meet the highest performance standards.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies.
- Experience with capacity planning and application performance management.
- Familiarity with problem detection and resolution techniques.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and architecture.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
