Job Description – Admission Counsellor

Location: Oxford Software Institute, South Extension, Recent Delhi

Salary: 22,000 to 31,000 (+Incentives)

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions.
- Handle walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online enquiries professionally.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by providing accurate guidance and building trust.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain admission records, CRM/database, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for admission activities.
- Achieve monthly admission targets while ensuring excellent student experience.

Required Skills





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM).
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, sales, or customer relations is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
