Responsibilities/Job Description:

· Create detailed and accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD or other drafting software, including 3D modeling.

· Ability to understand project requirements and specifications.

· Coordinate with project team members to gather information and clarify drawing details.

· Assist in maintaining project documentation and drawing archives.

· Provide regular updates on the progress of drafting tasks to the department's manager.

· Maintain cordial relations with the employees/unskilled staff

· Facilitate and coordinate with vendors/contractors.

· Prepare various reports and update to stakeholders as per requirement.

Desired Skills:

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.





· Strong understanding of architectural and civil engineering principles.

· Proficiency in MS Excel

· Excellent communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

· Ability to Prepare BOQ

· Ability to Work Out On Rate Analysis

· Ability to Do Detail Estimation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
