We are hiring an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding activities. Freshers at least 6 months of experience mandatory and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for medical professionals across medical colleges and hospitals in India. This role requires a blend of aggressive talent sourcing, seamless onboarding, and high-level client management. You will serve as the primary bridge between healthcare institutions and medical talent.

Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate database
- Assist in onboarding process
- Build candidate relationships

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
