Backend Office Intern (Operations & Administration)

We specialize in manufacturing high-quality furniture with customization capabilities and work with architects, interior designers, hotels, resorts, and real estate developers across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day backend office operations.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents.
- Maintain customer, vendor, and inventory records.
- Coordinate with production, sales, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage emails, documentation, and follow-ups with clients and suppliers.
- Update and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Assist in data management, filing, and administrative tasks.




- Support management with operational and coordination activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing final year).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of documentation and office administration.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory software is an added advantage (not mandatory).
