Job Role: ServiceNow Assist Architect

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Now Assist Architect with solid expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and Generative AI capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven solutions using ServiceNow Now Assist to improve automation, user experience, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions using Now Assist capabilities
- Work on AI-driven features such as Virtual Agent, text summarization, intelligent search, and workflow automation
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
- Develop and customize solutions using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Define best practices, governance, and architectural standards for AI adoption
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
- Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure platform optimization




- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow and AI advancements

Required Skills

- 9-12 years of ServiceNow development and architecture experience
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist / Generative AI capabilities
- Strong knowledge of ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, or CSM modules
- Experience with Virtual Agent, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
- Strong scripting knowledge in JavaScript and Glide APIs
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
- Good understanding of AI/ML, NLP, and Generative AI concepts
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CTA, CMA)
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Exposure to enterprise AI governance frameworks
