HR Manager – Apparel Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations, factory manpower management, payroll coordination, employee relations, and all statutory compliances for our apparel manufacturing unit. The candidate should have strong knowledge of labour laws and factory HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment and onboarding of factory workers, supervisors, and staff.
- Attendance, leave, overtime, and shift management.
- Payroll coordination and salary processing support.
- Handling EPF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, TDS, Labour Welfare Fund, Professional Tax (if applicable), and other statutory compliances.
- Filing and maintenance of PF ECR, ESIC returns, labour registers, and statutory records.
- Compliance with the Factories Act, Shops & Establishment Act, Contract Labour Act, and other applicable labour laws.
- Employee grievance handling and disciplinary management.
- Exit formalities,



full & final settlement, and HR documentation.
- Coordination during labour inspections, PF/ESI inspections, and social compliance audits (SEDEX/BSCI/WRAP, etc.).
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring audit-ready documentation.

Requirements

- Graduate / MBA HR / PGDM HR preferred.
- 5–8+ years of HR experience in the apparel, textile, or manufacturing industry.
- Robust knowledge of EPF, ESIC, payroll, labour laws, and factory compliance.
- Good communication, documentation, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll software.

Preferred

- Experience in a garment export house or apparel manufacturing factory.
- Exposure to compliance audits and large factory workforce management.

Salary: Best as per industry standards and experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
