Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving and innovation to ensure that the software solutions are tailored effectively to the requirements of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.



- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to enhance code quality. Skilled & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of RESTful web services and microservices architecture. - Experience with database technologies such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. - Familiarity with front-end technologies like Angular or React. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
