We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Housekeeping team. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training in housekeeping operations while assisting in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in supervising the daily housekeeping operations
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained
- Coordinate room cleaning and assignment of room attendants
- Ensure housekeeping supplies and amenities are adequately stocked
- Report maintenance issues and follow up for timely completion
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
- Maintain housekeeping records, checklists and shift reports
- Ensure compliance with hygiene,

Eligibility

- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of housekeeping experience are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
