Job Description

As a mid-level UI/UX Designer on a full-time basis, you will partner closely with product managers, developers and QA to translate user needs into polished interfaces. You will be responsible for interaction design, prototyping, and delivering assets and specifications that developers can implement. This role emphasizes practical UX research, accessibility, responsive design and a pragmatic approach to implementing designs within contemporary front-end stacks.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end user experiences for web applications, from user research and wireframes to hi-fi prototypes and assets
- Collaborate with React.js/Redux developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately
- Create responsive layouts and component specifications (HTML/CSS guidance) for consistent UI implementation
- Develop interactive prototypes to validate flows and communicate behaviors to stakeholders
- Conduct usability testing, synthesize feedback and iterate designs to improve key metrics
- Maintain and evolve UI component libraries,



style guides and design system documentation
- Ensure accessibility best practices (WCAG) and performance considerations are incorporated into designs
- Communicate design rationale, present work to cross-functional teams, and support handoff during development

Required Skills & Experience

- 2-3 years of professional UI/UX design experience for web applications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, interaction design and responsive web work
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and familiarity with React.js/Redux integration constraints
- Proficient with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar)
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing and applying findings to designs
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and front-end performance implications
- Good communication skills and experience working in agile product teams
