JOB TITLE: Tele Calling Executive

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated Tele Calling Executive for the education sector who will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, providing information about course, and guiding them through the admission process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, nurturing leads and supporting enrollment targets through effective communication and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a persuasive approach and a passion for helping students make informed career decisions.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Interest in the education and training sector
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil
- Ability to understand student needs and provide suitable guidance
- Willingness to learn about courses and admission processes

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office preferred)




- Ability to handle calls and maintain accurate records
- Positive follow-up and coordination skills

QUALIFICATION:

- Undergraduate degree in any field (preferred)
- Experience in telecalling, customer support or educational counseling is a plus
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide course information
- Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments
- Maintain and update call records and student database
- Coordinate with the admissions team
- Support marketing campaigns and achieve admission targets

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
