What You Will Do (Key Roles):

- The Face of the Clinic: Welcome premium clients and walk-in patients with warmth, managing their end-to-end clinic experience.
- Patient Counseling: Understand patient goals, explain advanced skin/hair procedures, and guide them in choosing the right customized treatment packages.
- Digital Engagement: Manage the clinic’s WhatsApp Business account, responding to up-to-date GenZ and millennial inquiries from our social media channels.
- Front-Desk Operations: Efficiently handle appointment schedules, daily billing, and package trackings.

Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications):

- Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc, BBA, B.Com, etc.).
- Language Skills: Absolute fluency in spoken Tamil is mandatory; comfortable conversational English is highly preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing, high-conversion environments (e.g., premium dental clinics, luxury salons, hospitality, retail management, or optical showrooms).
