Key Responsibilities

Manage the receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and reconciliation.Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the procurement team.Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS systems.

Prepare delivery orders, goods receipt notes, and other warehouse documentation.Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with transport providers.Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials.

Supervise loading and unloading activities.Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and space utilization.Enforce safety, health, and security procedures within the warehouse.Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and damaged goods.Support periodic stock audits and compliance requirements.





QualificationGraduate with average communication skills in English,Hindi,Marathi Should be well versed with MS Excel , SAP2–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience.Knowledge of inventory management principles.
