Japanese Language Specialist / Interpreter (Work From Home)

Salary: Up to ₹8.0 LPA Location: Work From Home (WFH), India Shift: Rotational 24/7 Shifts

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and fluent Japanese Language Specialist (JLPT N3 Certified or equivalent proficiency) to join our global operations team. In this role, you will facilitate seamless spoken communication and business operations between internal teams and Japanese clients or business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide real-time spoken translation and interpretation (Japanese ↔ English/Hindi) during calls, client interactions, and operational queries
- Handle incoming client communications, operational support tickets, and direct queries efficiently while ensuring high language precision
- Maintain clear, concise, and professional documentation of business interactions and transactions in Japanese and English
- Collaborate with cross-functional, cross-border teams to resolve operational issues in a timely and structured manner
- Maintain high standards of client service, data privacy, and operational excellence across rotational shifts

Eligibility & Requirements

- Language Proficiency:



JLPT N3 Certification or equivalent spoken Japanese fluency (Mandatory)
- Education: Graduation completed in any discipline (Mandatory)
- Work Setup: Must have a personal Laptop/PC and a high-speed, secure Wi-Fi connection
- Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
- Communication Skills: Strong oral and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English
