Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to manage and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for high-rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, quality control, testing & commissioning, and ensuring timely completion of MEP activities as per project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor all MEP works at the project site.
- Review and coordinate MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and civil teams for seamless project execution.
- Ensure execution of electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, STP/WTP, and ELV systems as per approved drawings.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with applicable standards and codes.
- Verify contractor measurements, bills, and work completion reports.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP services.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant certifications in MEP systems will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 5–10 years of total experience in building construction projects.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects is mandatory.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
