We are looking for a qualified and student-oriented Academic Coordinator (UPSC Category) who can guide aspirants in selecting the right courses, study plans, and preparation paths. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, a strong understanding of the UPSC examination process, and the ability to effectively guide and motivate students.

Experience

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Academic Activities or a similar role.
- Experience in the EdTech or UPSC coaching industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the post-admission journey of students and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Coordinate class schedules, batch allocations, and student support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for students regarding academic queries.
- Coordinate with faculty and internal teams to ensure seamless academic operations.
- Track student attendance, progress, and engagement.




- Resolve student concerns promptly and maintain a positive learning experience.
- Maintain student records and prepare academic reports as required.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of English (Hindi proficiency is an added advantage).
- Student-focused approach with a positive and professional attitude.
