This is a target-based position. The selected candidate will be expected to achieve defined weekly and monthly recruitment targets. Performance will be measured based on successful closures, candidate joining rates, turnaround time, quality of hiring, and achievement of assigned recruitment goals.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment and managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Understand hiring requirements and recruitment targets from management and department heads.

Achieve assigned weekly and monthly hiring targets within the specified timelines.

Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and qualified networks.

Post vacancies on relevant recruitment platforms.

Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews.

Evaluate candidates based on experience, communication skills, qualifications, job suitability, and organizational fit.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Regularly follow up with shortlisted and selected candidates.

Negotiate salary, notice period, joining date, and other employment terms.

Coordinate job offers, documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.

Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.





Reduce candidate dropouts and improve offer-to-joining conversion rates.

Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and daily activity reports.

Provide regular updates on target achievement, pending positions, interview status, offers, and expected joinings.

Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Support recruitment drives, career fairs, campus hiring, and employer-branding activities when required.

Target-Based Performance Expectations

The recruiter’s performance will be evaluated using the following indicators:

Number of successful hires or closures completed.

Achievement of weekly and monthly recruitment targets.

Offer acceptance and candidate joining ratio.

Time taken to close assigned vacancies.

Quality and suitability of shortlisted candidates.

Number of interviews scheduled and completed.

Candidate follow-up and dropout-control rate.

Accuracy and timely submission of recruitment reports.

Hiring-manager and candidate satisfaction.

Targets may vary depending on the number, type, and urgency of assigned vacancies

Pay: ₹9,346.39 - ₹70,000.00 per month
