We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, onboarding, and day-to-day HR activities. Ideal for fresh graduates or students looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Post job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in attendance and leave management.
- Draft HR emails, letters, and internal communications.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements





- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
