Job Description

We are seeking experienced and energetic Industrial Automation Trainers to join our team . The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and possess strong hands-on experience in industrial automation technologies. This role involves delivering high-quality classroom and practical training to students across various industrial automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and hands-on training on industrial automation topics including PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, DCS, and Robotics

Design, develop, and regularly update training materials, presentations, and manuals

Assess and evaluate student performance through practical assignments, quizzes, and examinations

Provide mentorship and continuous support to students throughout their learning journey

Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in industrial automation

Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance and improve training programs

Ensure the training lab is well-equipped with required tools, hardware, and software

Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field





(Master’s degree or relevant industrial certifications will be an added advantage)

Experience:

Minimum 6months of hands-on experience in industrial automation

Strong expertise in PLC programming, SCADA systems, HMI, and related technologies

Prior teaching or training experience is highly preferred

Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and deliver engaging training sessions

Familiarity with industrial automation tools, software, and hardware

Strong evaluation skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback
