Job Description: Visa Filing Officer

We are seeking a Visa Filing Officer with expertise in handling visa applications for Canada, Australia, UK, USA, and Schengen countries for Student visa and Tourist Visa . The ideal candidate will possess robust filing skills, ensuring accurate and timely submission of visa applications. Excellent communication skills are essential for client interaction, guiding them through the application process, and addressing their queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process visa applications for multiple countries (Canada, Australia, UK, USA, Schengen Area).
- Review and verify application documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate with clients to collect necessary documentation and provide updates.
- Advise clients on visa requirements, timelines, and procedures.




- Maintain records of client applications and ensure timely follow-up.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to visa processing.
- Stay updated on the latest immigration policies and visa regulations.

Skills Required:

- In-depth knowledge of visa filing procedures for multiple countries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,884.49 - ₹32,000.00 per month
