Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in café operations and be capable of preparing high-quality dishes while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to Cafe D recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
- Monitor food quality and freshness of ingredients.
- Assist in inventory management and stock control.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure cost-effective kitchen operations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
- Support menu development and introduce innovative food ideas when required.




- Ensure all equipment is used safely and maintained properly.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for delivering high-quality food.

Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts is preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience as a Chef in a café, restaurant, or hotel.
- Experience in Continental, Asian, Korean, or Multi-Cuisine is an added advantage.

Salary

- ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
