- Conducting regular centre audits
- Handling collections and supporting field teams
- Ensuring curriculum implementation across centres
- Reviewing ERP entries and maintaining system hygiene
- Managing documentation and centre-level compliance
- Handling collections and supporting field teams
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as admissions, attrition, staff performance, and financials.
- Weekly centre visits and performance reviews
