MedPlus Pharmacy is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistants to support daily pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in day-to-day pharmacy operations.
- Attend customers professionally and help them with product selection.
- Receive, arrange, and replenish medicines and healthcare products.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the pharmacy.
- Check stock availability and assist in inventory management.
- Ensure products are displayed as per company standards.
- Generate bills and process customer payments.
- Support stock verification and expiry management.
- Follow company SOPs and maintain high standards of customer service.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Degree (Freshers & Experienced)
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Preferred Skills
- Customer service orientation.
- Teamwork and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/POS systems.
- Time management and attention to detail.
- Quick learning ability.
