Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Liquid Pouch Machine Operator experienced in FFS (Form Fill Seal) and Volumetric Filling Systems for pouch sizes ranging from 4gm to 10gm. The candidate must be able to independently run, set up, and maintain the machines.

Responsibilities:
✔Operate automatic and semi-automatic FFS pouch packing machines.
✔Handle liquid pouch filling from 4gm to 10gm efficiently.
✔Perform regular machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
✔Maintain hygienic and GMP-compliant packing environment.
✔Daily reporting of machine output and issues to supervisor.

Requirements:
✔Minimum ITI in Fitter or equivalent.
✔2+ years of experience in FMCG / Cosmetic / Pharma pouch packing.
✔Knowledge of machine settings, oil levels,



and basic repairs.
✔Ability to work independently and in shifts.
