Job Responsibilities

- Assist customers in purchasing Term and Health Insurance policies.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Explain policy benefits and resolve customer queries.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while following company processes.

Eligibility

- Graduate (MBA preferred).




- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with robust convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of insurance or telesales is an added advantage.
