We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive to join our medical products team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the healthcare or medical industry and possess excellent communication and coordination skills.

This role involves communicating with hospitals, distributors, healthcare professionals, and internal warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing, dispatch coordination, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact hospitals, clinics, distributors, and healthcare professionals regarding products and orders
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for order processing, dispatch, and delivery updates
- Ensure timely communication between customers, sales, and operations teams
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries




- Work closely with internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience

Requirements

- Previous experience in the medical or healthcare industry is preferred
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or inside sales
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Experience working with CRM software (Odoo experience is an advantage)
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
