Job Description: Draughtsman

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Draughtsman with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our team at Znera Space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural and structural drawings, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the design team in delivering high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and develop architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting tools.

· Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to translate concepts into technical drawings.

· Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and company guidelines.

· Revise and update drawings based on feedback and project requirements.

· Maintain organized records of drawings and project documentation.

· Assist in site measurements and preparation of as-built drawings when required.

Requirements





· Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Draughtsman in architecture, interior design, or construction.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.

· Strong understanding of architectural and structural detailing.

· Ability to interpret sketches, specifications, and design concepts accurately.

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

· Knowledge of 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit).

· Exposure to interior design projects.

· Familiarity with sustainable design practices.

· Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
